Opportunities for College Students / Recent College Grads

We strive to get in front of top talent early and to help develop and guide you through your early career. We believe in “jumpstarting” new college grads like you and accelerating your growth so that the knowledge that you gain working a year at Clipboard is worth 5 years of experience elsewhere. How do we do this? It’s primarily through our value of operating based on speed and by working and thinking first principles (Explained in more detail in High Quality and Fast, an article written by our Head of Product George Markoulakis).

We have found that the key success factors that college students like yourself bring to the table are fearlessly moving fast + breaking things, thinking from first principles, and challenging the status quo. We encourage and value the same things - we’re always thinking about how to reiterate and improve ourselves. That’s what it takes to maintain the nimbleness and speed we need to keep pace with our company’s incredible growth.

As you can see below, we have recent college grads working in chief of staff positions, assisting the Head of Product and leading the data analytics division (Ahmad Zaidi). Some recent grads are group product managers leading their own product teams (Alex Wong), or have founded their own subunits at Clipboard - building and launching new SaaS product verticals (Will Campbell).
